Enhancing Managed entry agreement capabilities through interactive workshops

Providing managed entry agreement training to aid commercial success through improved patient access in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.

The challenge

Our client wanted to develop a training programme to help their employees learn about the value of Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) to enable the company to maximize its portfolio in the changing pricing and reimbursement landscape in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region.

The solution

Remap Consulting developed a two-day face-to-face MEA workshop to improve the understanding of MEAs across the company and help employees to determine which MEAs may be suitable in the META region, and how these agreements could be implemented.

Value to the client

As a result of the training, our client’s employees increased their understanding and awareness of the general concepts of MEAs. Within the workshop a process was also developed which aided employees in understanding which MEAs may be suitable for their products across the META region. At the end of the workshop each employee was provided with specific tasks to further embed the MEA learnings across the organization which will facilitate the identification of relevant MEAs for upcoming product launches to enable patient access.
