Supporting our team to thrive

  • Resources are available to employees internally, including a dedicated Health and Wellbeing page on our Learning Central; an online platform designed to support the development (both professionally and pastorally) of our employees
  • We regularly share activities to increase awareness, educate and encourage small changes to improve our wellbeing
  • There are also links to external organisations such as Mind and Samaritans for external support if needed
  • Promoting and supporting diversity in the workplace is a fundamental aspect of Remap Consulting’s values and behaviours – it’s about valuing everyone in the organisation as an individual to ensure an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their potential.

Community

Our charity partners

  • This year, we’re proud to support two brilliant causes: Francis House and Operation Christmas Child (Shoebox Appeal).
  • Francis House supports children, young people, and their families through specialist hospice and bereavement care. Our support helps contribute to compassionate care, comfort, and vital family services when they’re needed most.
  • Operation Christmas Child (Shoebox Appeal) brings together communities to pack gift-filled shoeboxes for children. By taking part, we’ve helped deliver small but meaningful moments of joy and practical essentials to children who may otherwise go without.

Sustainability

Looking after our local environment

  • We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve retained our EcoVadis Silver Sustainability Rating for 2024
    • This means that as a company, we have the policies and procedures in place to monitor and improve our environmental, labour & human rights and ethical policies and remain accountable to our pledges
  • We’re decreasing the use of printed material, replacing disposable, single-use cups with multi-use alternatives as well as participating in ongoing environmental awareness training
  • Additionally, whilst travel is a key component of any global business endeavour, we’ll continue to find ways to mitigate and reduce its impact and decrease our carbon footprint, even as our team grows
