Our promise

At Remap Consulting we embrace diversity and inclusion as fundamental pillars of our organisational ethos. We believe that by fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and included, we cultivate a culture of excellence that fuels innovation, collaboration, and growth.

In embracing diversity and inclusion, we not only strengthen our organisation but also empower individuals to bring their whole selves to work, inspiring creativity, fostering belonging, and driving collective success.

Together, we strive to create a workplace where diversity is celebrated, inclusion is the norm, and every individual feels empowered to reach their full potential.

Embedding inclusion and wellbeing everyday

Inclusion passport

Our inclusion passport allows employees to confidentially share pertinent information regarding disabilities, health conditions, mental health, or learning difficulties with their manager. This tool helps us ensure their workplace environment is supportive and accommodating to their needs, empowering them to excel in their role.

People-first policies

We prioritise our employees’ well-being through comprehensive and considerate policies that span recruitment, onboarding, flexible working arrangements, training, and work-related functions.

Our People and Culture team leads the charge by implementing inclusive policies covering areas such as fertility, menstruation, and menopause, ensuring a supportive and equitable workplace for all.
